Who the training is for.

Teams who publish company pages and want them found. Beginners are welcome, and so are people who already know some SEO.

What to bring

  • A laptop
  • Your business goals for search
  • A few of your pages or articles to work on
  • Search Console or GA4 reports, where you can share them

What you don’t need

  • Paid SEO tools: we teach with free ones where possible
  • Admin access for every participant
  • Shared passwords: we never ask for them

What your team learns.

Eight modules, from how search works to a plan your team can follow. Open a module to see what your team practises.

Module 01How search and AI answers work. The basics of Google search, and where AI Overviews and ChatGPT search find their sources.

Crawling, indexing and ranking in plain words. Then what Google and OpenAI publish about the sources behind their AI answers, and the limits of what anyone outside those companies can see. We explain AEO and GEO once, simply: making pages easy for AI answers to use.

Your team practises: searching your own services in Google and ChatGPT, and noting which pages and sources appear.

Module 02Keyword research and search intent.Find the searches your buyers use and what they expect to see.

Seed lists, free keyword tools, Search Console queries and reading the results page to judge what a searcher wants.

Your team practises: building a keyword list for one of your services and labelling the intent of each search.

Module 03Topic clusters and content briefs.Group related searches into topics and turn each one into a brief.

How one main page and its supporting articles cover a topic, and what a brief must tell a writer or an AI tool.

Your team practises: writing a brief for a page you plan to publish.

Module 04Answer-friendly pages and on-page basics.Titles, headings, opening lines, FAQs and internal links that answer the search.

Why the answer goes first, how to structure a page so people and AI tools can follow it, and the on-page checks that matter most.

Your team practises: marking up one of your existing pages with what to change.

Module 05AI-assisted research and drafting.Use AI to research and draft faster, with checks built in.

Prompting from a brief, asking for sources, and the three checks every AI draft needs: sources, facts and a human edit for accuracy and tone.

Your team practises: drafting a section with AI, then checking every claim against a source.

Module 06Improve your existing content.Rework your own pages with direct feedback.

Your existing pages are often the best place to start. We pick the ones worth improving and work through them together.

Your team practises: revising one of your pages and getting feedback from Aaron.

Module 07Measure with Search Console and GA4.Read the reports that show what’s working and what to fix next.

Queries, impressions, clicks and positions in Search Console, landing pages and enquiries in GA4, and how to spot visits from AI tools where they show up.

Your team practises: finding pages with plenty of impressions but few clicks, and deciding what to change. We use sample data if you can’t share access.

Module 08Your team rulebook and action plan.Agree how your team researches, writes, reviews and publishes.

A short rulebook your team can follow after the training, covering briefs, AI use, review steps and who approves what.

Your team practises: drafting the rulebook and agreeing the next actions.

We adjust the order and depth to your team. The final outline is confirmed in your quote.

Tell Aaron your goals, your team’s current level and where you’ll use SEO and AI. He’ll suggest a tailored outline by email.

Questions about the training.

How much does the training cost?

Fees start from RM8,000 for a one-day workshop (about 6 teaching hours, up to 10 participants), RM15,000 for a two-day workshop (about 12 teaching hours, up to 15 participants) and RM20,000 for eight live online sessions of 2 hours (16 teaching hours, up to 20 participants). Each fee is for one company’s private group, not per person. Your quote confirms the modules, inclusions, any travel, venue or catering costs and applicable tax. Request a quote and we’ll reply by email.

Can we claim the training through HRD Corp?

Aaron is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer. A claim depends on the specific programme, training provider and your company’s eligibility. Ask us to confirm the requirements before booking.

Do you run public classes?

This page is for private company training. Ask us about any public workshop dates.

How many people can join?

Up to 10 participants for a one-day workshop, 15 for a two-day workshop and 20 for the eight-session online programme. Smaller groups get more hands-on feedback, and we confirm your group size in your quote.

What language is it taught in?

English. If your team needs another language, tell us when you request a quote.

Do participants need paid tools or admin access?

No. We teach with free tools such as Google Search Console and GA4 where possible. If you can share reports or view access, exercises use your real data. We never ask for passwords.

Will our pages rank higher or appear in AI answers?

No one can promise that. Rankings and AI answers depend on your competition, your site and how consistently your team applies the work. The training gives your team the skills and a plan to follow.

Are sessions recorded, and do we get materials?

They can be. Recordings, templates and follow-up support are options we agree with you, and your quote lists exactly what’s included.

Can you fit it to our industry?

Yes. We look at your goals and sample pages before the training, and the exercises use your own pages and searches.

Can you do the SEO work for us instead?

Plan the right training for your team.

Tell us who’s attending, what you want them to achieve and which format suits you. We’ll reply by email with a quote.
