The guide misses operating conditions.
A selection guide needs approved specifications, operating conditions and limits. A broad suitability claim can leave a buyer unable to compare options.
Google AI Overviews
Give customers a useful source page when they research your service on Google. We check whether Google can access the page, which answers are missing and what evidence supports them. Google decides whether an AI Overview appears and which sources it uses.
These are possible problems to investigate, not findings from a client audit. Start with the customer question and check the supporting facts.
A selection guide needs approved specifications, operating conditions and limits. A broad suitability claim can leave a buyer unable to compare options.
We check normal access, indexing and snippet eligibility, plus whether your site is included through Search Console’s generative AI control. A useful page is not eligible as a supporting Google AI link if these basics fail.
An Overview observation describes an answer and its links. It does not establish enquiries or revenue. Search Console Web clicks and combined AI-feature impressions are separate records; neither shows a sale.
Google says no special AI text file or schema is required. Focus on useful, accessible source pages; no file can promise selection.
The aim is a clear map of customer searches and the pages that should answer them.
We connect each buying question to the page that should answer it, such as a selection guide or product category, and review its Search eligibility.
Your buyer can compare where the offer fits and where it does not when the page explains approved specifications, service conditions and limits. Your appropriate reviewer confirms proposed guidance.
We record whether an Overview appeared and its visible links for the dated query. Search Console’s aggregate Web clicks and combined AI Overviews/AI Mode impressions remain separate from sampled answers.
We follow a selected customer question from the available sources to a supported next task. Your team helps confirm the business facts and who can act on a finding.

Your team identifies the buying decision and the approved conditions the customer needs to compare.
We connect that question to a useful guide, service or product-category page.
We review Search eligibility and ask your appropriate reviewer to confirm the facts, conditions and limits.
Where relevant, the page connects the guidance to products or a quotation and explains what details the customer should supply.
If a later check is agreed, we keep the query, context, device, date and visible links. Google selects the presentation; sampled answers, Web traffic and combined AI-feature impressions remain separate.
Open each area to see a possible scope. We confirm the available evidence, outputs, approvals, implementation responsibilities and limits with you before work starts.

See what this coversWe keep sampled observations separate from Search Console’s aggregate Web traffic and combined AI-feature impression data, when available.
This is the proposed order of work. We agree which steps are included and who reviews the facts or makes changes.
We start with a real question your customers ask and agree which page should answer it.
We review the page’s Google Search eligibility and compare its guidance with facts your team has approved. Your named reviewer signs off proposed changes; implementation is included only if agreed.
If follow-up is in scope, we repeat the agreed question after the page is live and record what Google showed. Search Console data is reviewed separately. Ongoing observations are a separate LLM Visibility Monitoring scope.

Illustrative working example · Customer question and source page
We connect a customer’s question to a useful source page and check approved facts, Search eligibility and any agreed follow-up. For example, a product-selection guide may need verified operating limits.
Customer question
How do I choose the right product or service for my needs?
The customer needs suitability, scope and limits that help them compare the available choices.

Source page
We connect the question to an existing guide, service, product or solution page and note useful answers that are missing.
Page revision
We request the facts, conditions, limitations and next-step requirements the answer needs. Your appropriate reviewer confirms substantive claims before publication; no special AI answer format is required.
Follow-up check
If a follow-up is agreed, we record the query, location context, language, device and date, whether an Overview appeared and its visible links. Sampled answers, Search Console Web totals and combined AI-feature impressions, when available, remain separate. Google decides which sources it uses.

Bring the customer question, relevant pages and the person who can confirm the facts. Before we start, Aaron agrees the scope with you, including who approves changes and who implements them.

We agree whether the engagement supplies recommendations, edited pages or implementation, and whether repeat checks are included. Ongoing observations are scoped separately under LLM Visibility Monitoring.

Short answers on what this work can show, what it cannot, and who does what.
No. Normal SEO fundamentals apply, and no special AI file or schema is required. A supporting page must be indexed, eligible to show with a snippet and included through the Search Console generative AI control. These checks do not guarantee selection.
No. Google decides when an Overview is useful and which sources appear. Improve the page for the customer whether or not Google selects it.
No. Search Console’s Web totals include AI-feature clicks alongside other Search clicks. Its Generative AI report combines AI Overviews and AI Mode impressions, when available, without a documented separate Overview click metric or feature split. We keep sampled answers separate from both reports.
Only if the proposal includes it. We agree whether we supply recommendations, revised pages, markup or implementation, and name who approves the facts and makes changes. Related Content Optimisation work is not automatically included.
We start with public pages and available observations. Agreed Search Console, analytics or site access can add context, including indexing status, the generative AI inclusion setting and impression report when available. We record checks that cannot be performed; no report appearance is promised.
None of these checks can guarantee inclusion, citations, traffic or enquiries. Agree the deliverables and how they will be reviewed, while keeping business outcomes separate from source observations.
No. Google decides when an Overview adds value; it may not appear for the question being checked. Record its absence instead of treating it as evidence that your page failed.
They are different Search experiences and may use different models and techniques. Their responses and links can differ, so record which experience was checked rather than combining observations.
Use relevant media when it helps the customer understand the topic. Keep important information in text as well, and make sure claims agree across the page and supporting media.
First confirm the edit is live and accessible. Google needs time to recrawl and process changes, and timing varies. A recrawl request does not guarantee inclusion. We agree whether and when a follow-up check is useful without promising an Overview appearance.
A practical starting point
Share the customer question and the source page or observation that needs attention. Confirm the proposed scope before work begins.
