Recognise the marketing question you need to answer.

Start with the concern you recognise in your business. These examples point to questions we can investigate; they are not findings about your performance.

01

You are unsure what to fix first.

Campaigns, website work and supplier recommendations compete for the same budget.

02

You want to launch a new offer.

Your team needs to choose the customer, message and first channel.

03

Enquiries do not reach the next step.

You need to understand what customers do and how your team responds.

04

Reports leave the decision unclear.

You need to check what the numbers mean before changing spend.

Turn a broad marketing concern into a focused decision.

A focused review connects your business question with the information and responsibilities needed to act.

01

Define the business question.

You choose the offer, customer and decision the work should address.

Follow your customer from first interest to sales follow-up.

Your customer needs to understand the offer, compare practical details and know how to contact you. Your team needs a clear response and a useful outcome record. These stages show where a consultancy question can arise.

  1. 02

    Compare the details

They compare the information needed to judge suitability.

  2. 03

    Make an enquiry

They contact your business with the details needed for a useful response.

  3. 04

    Receive a response

Your team discusses the request and the next step it can provide.

  4. 05

    Record the outcome

Your team records what happened after the enquiry, where known.

  5. 06

    Review the evidence

We distinguish enquiries from follow-up actions and sales before choosing what to investigate.

An enquiry, a follow-up action and a sale are separate steps; we review what the available records show.

  3. 03

Confirm the scope and next step.

We agree the outputs and distinguish recommendations from implementation.

See how one business question leads to a focused review.

This illustrative sheet connects a business decision with the information and review it may need. For example, an office provider deciding between more ads and better enquiry handling could start by comparing campaign and follow-up records. For a digital marketing audit, we present the findings and recommended priorities in slides.

Is consultancy a useful starting point for your business?

These items help us agree what information and people are available for a review.

What can you bring to the discussion?

Questions before choosing a service.

These answers explain how we choose the service, agree responsibilities and work within the available information.

Which service should I start with?

Start with the service that matches your main question: a digital marketing audit for unclear priorities across existing marketing, go-to-market strategy for a new offer or audience, sales funnel strategy for customer steps and follow-up, or marketing analytics for definitions, recording and reporting questions. Stalled enquiries can have several causes, so we discuss the evidence before choosing a review.

Do I need all four services?

No. A specific question may need one service. If it crosses more than one area, we agree which work belongs in the scope.

Can my existing team or agency make the changes?

Yes, if they have the access and skills the changes require. We agree who can approve and implement the recommendations. Consultancy and hands-on delivery remain separate pieces of work.

Will consultancy guarantee more sales?

No. It can help clarify decisions and next actions. Results depend on demand, the offer, execution, follow-up and the quality of information available.

What should I prepare before speaking with Aaron?

Bring one business question, your website and any relevant reports or customer knowledge you already have. Explain what you sell, who buys it and which decision you need help making. You do not need to prepare a new dashboard first.

What does a digital marketing audit deliver?

For the audit, Aaron starts with your main question, tests possible explanations against relevant data and personally presents the findings in slides. The presentation covers the answer as far as the evidence allows, additional problems, recommended solutions, actions and priorities. For other consultancy services, we confirm the deliverables when we agree the scope.

Is consultancy the same as managing our campaigns?

No. Advice and planning do not automatically include running ads, publishing website changes or managing sales follow-up. If hands-on work is needed, we agree the work and who is responsible in the proposal.

What happens if the review finds another problem?

We discuss what the evidence supports and whether the additional issue changes your original scope. Any further investigation or implementation is agreed before it is added; another issue does not mean you need all four services.

How are the fee and timing agreed?

We agree the question, review areas, available information and outputs before setting the fee and schedule. Implementation, additional research and ongoing support are described separately.

Will I need to share customer messages or confidential records?

That depends on the question and agreed scope. We start with the information needed to explain the problem, then agree any additional records or access with you. Share only relevant information and avoid unnecessary personal details; detailed message review is not assumed.
